My optimism about the Association Law Handbook has temporarily waned due to the fact that I am waist-deep in about 50 consecutive pages of minutiae about Political Action Committees (PACs). I intend to persevere through this section, but I can't help but think that these pages are relatively unimportant to the CAE exam (I see nothing in the content outline about PACs). I also can't help but wonder how much of this information is now outdated because of the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002 (BCRA).
Happy Labor Day!
