Open source intelligence

Even the US government is hopping on the social media bandwagon. According to this Reuters story, US intelligence agencies are using wikis to collaborately develop reports on issues related to national security. Since it was introduced on April 17 of this year, 3600 users have registered for the service, called Intellipedia, and more than 28,000 articles have been posted in the "top secret" category alone.

If national intelligence is being open-sourced, can't your association's body of knowledge?
