To blog or not to blog? That is Diyana's question. She is the web manager for a trade association and has started a personal blog to test the waters as she tries to determine whether or not to start a blog for her association.
I think just about everyone with an opinion about organizational blogging would recommend this tactic. If you've thought about launching a blog for your association, but haven't started your own blog, try blogging for 2-3 months just to see how you like it. It will give you some good experiences on which to draw as you decide whether or not to pursue an organizational blog.
