Respected Membership Consultant Blogs

Tony Rossell, Senior Vice President at Marketing General, Inc. has started a new blog:

I have known Tony for almost as long as I've been working in associations, and if the content of his blogging is similar to the conversations I've had with him over the years, I think you'll find his counsel to be very reliable. His first post is a good one: How to calculate four of the key membership ratios and figures: Renewal rate, average tenure, lifetime value and maximum acquisition cost. I've posted a question in the comments of his first post. I'm very curious to hear his reply.
