Yes, that post title is mostly for effect, but it's not too far off...
According to a new study, 93% of Americans want companies to use social media to communicate with them. It stands to reason that they would expect the same of their associations.

That seems like an extremely high number. I wouldn't think you could get 93% of Americans to agree on anything.
Yeah, I am suspicious of this stat as well. I think they may define social media really broadly.
