Staying Close to Home

So I can take the CAE exam right here in Richmond. That's good. Today I got this e-mail from ASAE's Credentialing Director:

Dear Ben,

I am writing today in regard to notify you that we are now accepting registrations to sit for the CAE exam on December 3, 2004, from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. (local time). Please read the information below, noting that your response is required to be officially registered for the exam.

In order to accommodate candidates within a four-hour drive, approximately 30 test centers have been established throughout the U.S. for the December 3rd administration. You have been assigned as follows:
Candidate: Ben Martin
Test Center: Virginia Society of Association Executives/Richmond Marriott Address: 500 East Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219

To register for the December exam at the test center noted above, simply reply to this e-mail stating "Register me for the exam." If you will be traveling or prefer to take the exam at another scheduled test site, please send an e-mail with the subject line "Test Center List" to nospam@asaenet.org and we will forward a complete list of the scheduled test sites to you. If you are not planning to take the exam in December, please let us know that as well.

The deadline to register is midnight, Wednesday, November 10, 2004. Registered candidates will receive a final confirmation by e-mail no later than November 24. That confirmation will provide an overview of what to expect on test day, as well as other information you may need. In the meantime, please feel free to contact Diane K.
