Tip #5: Best vs. First

This is tip #5 in a series of 13 to help you pass the CAE exam. Forward this tip to a friend.

Read the questions with much care, especially the ends of questions. Often the test item will end with "What should you do first?" or "What is the best solution?" What is "best" and what you should do "first" will very likely be very different things, depending on the scenario. Sometimes, they'll hit you with, "What is your best first response?" Knowing whether they're asking for the best action or the first action will help you answer the question correctly.

These are great tips! Are there any new thought on this since the tips were posted that could help everyone taking the exam in December?

Thanks much
