Today I met my classmates, got an orientation on the Banff Centre experience, ate dinner with the group and held an introductory session. The introductory session was followed by a "debriefing" at the on-campus pub. I am only one of two participants from the USA. Despite the fact that my Myers Briggs shows that I'm an introvert, I'm one of the most outgoing people in the group. Perhaps that's an insight into cultural differences between Americans and Canadians. I've been extremely impressed by how friendly my fellow course participants are. It's late, and I have an early start tomorrow, so that's all for now.
