More ASAE naming/branding issues

Not that it matters much, but I recently realized that ASAE has been using the terms GWSAE Network and Greater Washington Network interchangeably when referring to the remnants of GWSAE. I also see they are doing the same thing with the Northern California Network (a.k.a. NCSAE Network). It seems they're trying to move away from the acronyms, but I don't know why, exactly.
