I think that's really cool. Also great that PSAE is leading the way since their peeps can go and use the technique on their own memberships. Also - AMEN on the BlackBerrys thing. It always makes me cringe when I read that in WaPo.
Unfortunately, BlackBerrys is the accepted plural form everywhere. I hate it.
