Volunteer administration Listserve

While attempting to locate samples of volunteer satisfaction surveys, I stumbled across this listserve for people who work with volunteers. It's affiliated with the Association for Volunteer Administration, and its content seems to be more in line with community groups and philanthropics. But there's more than enough to be learned from (c)(3) orgs when in comes to motivating and organizing volunteers. Oh, and since it's a Yahoo!Group, it's got an RSS feed.
