ASAE's Policies & Procedures has shipped. This is a great tool to see how your association stacks up. I'm sure I'll find hundreds of great bloggable nuggets in the 7 volumes.
Right now I'm going through the membership volume and the first thing that really jumped out at me was the lack of associations offering a virtual or e-membership option. Only 12% of all associations surveyed offer an e-membership, and only 16% said it was "likely" that they'd implement one in the next two years.
Why aren't more associations looking at this option?
