Following up on a previous post: According to this AP story, AOL would pay the fees for nonprofit associations under its new plan to charge bulk emailers between $.0025 and $.01 for each message sent. As far as I know, there's no word on this matter from Yahoo!, also making similar plans to charge bulk emailers in an effort to reduce spam.
