The technology blogosphere is buzzing today with news about Microsoft's new Ultra Mobile PC, Origami. It's a 7-inch tablet-PC like computer that runs a full-blown version of Windows.
If they can extend the battery life to 5-6 hours, or if the batteries are hot-swappable, I can see this device becoming an indispensible tool for meeting professionals when on site for conference and convention logistics. It would also make a great car-puter.
