Finally! Last part of interview with Ed Batista

Here's the final segment of my interview with the executive director of the Attention Trust, Ed Batista. During this part, we discuss implicit data like committee involvement, meeting attendance and web analytics and how it applies to associations. Ed takes it a step further to talk about how associations need to respect individual ownership rights of their attention data in order to have any chance to getting access to that data which would help associations obtain a wider view of their memberships' interests.
