There was an electrical fire today at the Marco Island Marriott, sending at least one electrician to the hospital. There are still about half of the guests who are unable to access their rooms due to an electrical problem. The final breakout sessions of the day today were rescheduled to tomorrow morning. Everything seems to be getting back to normal, but apparently the hotel's guest internet server is affected by the power outage, so this post is coming to you via my BlackBerry.
